Make A Leaf Press with Tom Bodett | October 5 (Half Day Saturday)

Skill Level: No woodworking experience required.HatchSpace founder Tom Bodett leads this fun workshop making leaf presses, which can also be used for flowers in the spring. In addition to the build, a local orchard will be on site with treats for each participant.Learn. Participants will learn how to use the drill press, and how to finish their leaf presses to perfection using orbital sanders and other finishing techniques. Make. Once your leaf press is built, you will have an opportunity to customize the top with a laser-cut design or phrase. Saturday, October 5  |  10am - 2pmCost: $195 non-members; $165.75 members (plus a $40 materials fee).
